I wanted to create an image beyond the typical postcard shot of this stunning location. After capturing sunset over the lake, we waited under the open sky as the stars began to reveal themselves. This image is a blend of two exposures—one taken after sunset for the alpenglow and the other an hour after to capture the stars.
